As of January 2010 the Fidalgo Island Quilters Guild of Anacortes will be meeting at the following venues:
Board meetings and the Suns and Stars General Membership meetings are held at the New Hope Community Church, 1319 35th St. Take 32nd. off of Commercial headed west and at “M’, turn left, go to 35th, turn right, the Church is a 1/2 block up on the Left. Car pooling is encouraged. The Board meets at 10:30am, the “Suns” group meets at 12:30, the “Stars” group meets at 7:00 pm. These meetings are held on the first Monday of each month. (Except the April meeting will be on March 29, due to the April Quilt Show)
The following meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month:
Wearable Art Divas will meet at the Salvation Army building, 3001 R Avenue, Anacortes at 9:00am. Art Quilters will meet at the Salvation Army Building, 3001 R Avenue, Anacortes at 11:30am.
Community Quilts work sessions are now held at the Cottage Hobby House at 1220 12th Street (at M Avenue), Anacortes at 10am.
Sit and Stitch meets on the third Monday of each month at the Salvation Army Building, 3001 R Ave #100, Anacortes at 2pm.
